PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device in which the origin position of a pair of filters 34 can be automatically adjusted, and in which a stable reproduction precision of color conversion can be obtained. SOLUTION: The pair of filters 34 is opposingly arranged mutually through an optical path of an optical system. The pair of filters 34 is retained by a pair of holders 35. By a movement mechanism 36, the pair of holders 35 is synchronized in opening, closing, and moving. In the movement mechanism 36, a position where the pair of holders 35 is approached and contacted is made the origin position of the filters 34, and the position of the filters 34 is adjusted. There is a gap 45 between the pair of filters 34 at the origin position, and it is prevented that the filters 34 are mutually contacted and damaged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
