PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system in which call state management can be efficiently performed by a server apparatus even when there is a status change from a speech state between a plurality of telephone terminals accommodated in telephone exchange devices that are different from each other, on a transmission line. SOLUTION: Prior to carrying out call state management by ACD application software 21, in a state where a call connection is established between terminals connected to telephone exchanges EX1, EX2 that are different from each other, call status change notification events which are transmitted from the telephone exchanges EX1, EX2 while disconnecting a relay connection of an IP dedicated line, are identified and filtered by external supervisory and control application software 22.
