PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a microphone with a flange, capable of efficiently manufacturing a microphone with a flange. SOLUTION: An electric circuit board assembly 12 is a large substrate where the regions of an electric circuit board 2 are arrayed in multiple numbers lengthwise and breadthwise. A rear surface electrode board assembly 13 is a large substrate where the regions of a rear surface electrode board 3 are arrayed in multiple numbers along a slit 13c including an array on one side of a terminal electrode 2a. A spacer assembly 14 is an assembly having the same flat shape as the rear surface electrode board assembly 13, and comprises in multiple numbers, round holes 14b having the same profile as a laminate part 13b of a rear surface electrode 3b and an electret material 3c and slits 14c having the same shape as the slit 13c. A vibrating diaphragm supporting frame assembly 15 has the same flat shape as the rear surface electrode board assembly 13, and comprises in multiple numbers, round holes of the same profile as the rear surface electrode 3b and slits 15c of the same shape as the slit 13c.
