PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct an eaves gutter in a normal horizontal attitude by enabling a positive or negative error to be selected and absorbed by means of one type of angle adjusting seat plate, when the error of a pitch of a roof, an inclined facia board, etc. occurs. SOLUTION: The angle adjusting seat plate 7 is interposed between an inclined fixing plate portion 6 of an eaves gutter hanger 4 for hanging an eaves gutter in a horizontal attitude, and the inclined facia board 2. The angle adjusting seat plate 7 enables a selection between a first use state in which a front surface 7m is inclined with respect to a rear surface 7n so that longitudinal thickness can become greater on the side of one end and gradually smaller toward the side of the other end and in which the negative error is absorbed by locating one end on the thick side in the upper position and locating the other end on the thin side in the lower position, and a second use state in which the positive error is absorbed by locating the other end on the thin-side in the upper position and locating one end on the thick side in the lower position in such a manner that the angle adjusting seat plate 7 is turned upside down.
