PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet-filling device capable of filling a non-circular tablet in a good attitude into a pocket of a vessel film, and to provide a PTP-packaging machine. SOLUTION: The tablet-filling device 23 filling the non-circular tablet 5 having at least three corners on the outer circumferential surface into the pocket of the vessel film has a rotary drum 31 with housing recesses 32 formed at a predetermined interval along the outer circumference, and a tablet supply chute 41 mounted in the vicinity of the upper part of the rotary drum 31 to supply the tablets one by one to each housing recess 32. The housing recess 32 has a bank 51 correcting the attitude of the tablet 5 supplied from the tablet supply chute 41 to a predetermined preparation posture, and a correcting wall part 55 correcting the attitude of the tablet 5 in the preparation attitude in the bank part 51 to a filling attitude or a right attitude for filling the tablet into the pocket.
