PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat which can be easily and surely mounted and dismounted by a simple operation while simplifying the configuration of engaging means. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 30 can be mounted on and dismounted from a supporting base 50. A mounting and dismounting mechanism of the vehicular seat 30 comprises first engaging means 41, 51 and second engaging means 42, 52 arranged on the supporting base 50 and the lower surface of the seat 30 in the neighborhood of both end portions thereof opposed to each other in the plane direction. When the seat 30 is operated so as to be dismounted from the supporting base 50, the second engaging means can be disengaged by operating the first engaging means side of the seat 30 in the disengaging direction.
