PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact slide rail apparatus for sure regulation of sliding even when left and right rails are longitudinally tilted at different angles, being easy in installation. SOLUTION: An operation lever 6 having a lower rail member 12 and an upper rail member 11 slidably engaged with each other in the longitudinal direction, pivotally supported on the upper rail member 11, and inserted from one end of the slide rail member 10 having a lock lever 15 engaged with and disengaged from the engaged part of the lower rail member 12 is connected to the lock lever 15 in the slide rail member 10. A plate spring member 21 is interposed between the lock lever 15 and the operation lever 6. A first holding part holding the lock lever 15 and a first engagement part engaged with the lock lever 15 are formed at one end of the plate spring member 21.
