PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a control process to accurately hold a controlled process table for carrying out process control in generation/disappearance of a controlled process in user-level process control wherein the process control is carried out when a user-level control process changes attributes of the controlled process without modifying an operating system. SOLUTION: In a user-level process control system, the control process 110 has a process management function 113. When the controlled process 120 generates a subprocess, the process management function receives a process generation notification 210. The process management function receiving the notification makes addition to the controlled process table 112. When the controlled process 120 disappears, the process management function receives a process disappearance notification 220.
