PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal locking structure of a seat cover, which has an improved operability in hooking and improved appearance of its hooked state, even if a plate member bound to the terminal of a seat cover is inserted into and hooked to a locking pawl formed on the inside of an attaching groove formed in the peripheral edge of a back board. SOLUTION: The side surface 24b of the inner wall surface in the vicinity of the opening portion of the attaching groove 24a, which is positioned on the side wrapped by a seat cover 23, is projectingly formed with locking pawls 24c, the terminal of the seat cover 23 is integrally sewn with the plate member 26 inserted into and locked to the attaching groove 24a, an end part of the end parts of the plate member 26, which is positioned on the opening portion side of the attaching groove 24a when locked, is provided with a hook portion 26a extending toward a wall surface formed with the locking pawl 24c so as to have a substantially L-shaped cross-section, and the side opposite to the hook portion 26a across the locking pawl 24c is formed with a hooking pawl 26b locked to the locking pawl 24c.
