PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge particle generator excited by temperature to always produce a large amount of charge particles, and a health medical appliance which increases the penetration effect of the charge particles into the human body due to the body temperature excitation of a semiconductor by having no timewise restriction to efficiently developing the synergistic effect with an infrared effect. SOLUTION: The charge particle generator is manufactured by compounding semiconductor particles with an organic or organic binder in a compound ratio bringing about a percolation effect and molding the obtained compound so as to integrate the potential between the particles produced by the excitation of bodily temperature. The health medical appliance is constituted by arranging the charge particle producer on the side of the contact surface of a metal or nonmetal strip with the human body. The marked bodily temperature rising effect and blood circulation effect can be obtained by the lasting occurrence of a large quantity of the charge particles and infrared rays from the semiconductor.
