PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-blast chemical diffusing apparatus suitable for total treatment, as well as local treatment. SOLUTION: The air-blast chemical diffusing apparatus is provided with an apparatus body 1 having a fan 13 and a chemical 14 for sucking air from a suction hole 11 by driving the fan 13 and delivering from a delivery hole 12 as chemical-containing air; and a long flat tubular discharging member 2 having an inlet port 20 and an outlet port 21 and connected to the body 1 with a hinge 3 in a rotatable manner, between a folded state and an open state. In the folded state, it has compact size and is suitable for the total treatment and delivers the chemical-containing air outward through the discharging hole 12, and the open state is suitable for the local treatment, where the chemical-containing air flows from the inlet opening 20 through the releasing member 2 and is emitted outward from the delivery port 21.
