<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective improver for feline leukemia viral infectious disease and an effective preventive for feline leukemia viral infectious disease. <P>SOLUTION: The improver or the preventive for feline leukemia viral infectious disease contains an acidic xylooligosaccharide having a uronic residue in a xylooligosaccharide molecule and extracts of Lyophyllum decastes Sing. as effective ingredients, wherein the acidic xylooligosaccharide is a mixture composition of oligosaccharides having different xylose polymerization degree, the average polymerization degree is preferably 2.0-15.0 and the acidic xylooligosaccharide is preferably "one obtained by enzymatically and/or physicochemically treating a lignocellulose material to obtain a complex of an oligosaccharide ingredient and a lignin ingredient, performing acid hydrolysis treatment of the complex to obtain a xylooligosaccharide mixture and isolating from the obtained xylooligosaccharide mixture the xylooligosaccharide having one or more uronic residue in a molecule as a side chain". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
