This invention relates to a pesticidal mixture comprising, as active comp onents, 1) a phenylsemicarbazone compound of the Formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C 1-C 4alkyl, C 1-C 4alk oxy, C 1-C 4haloalkyl or C 1-C 4haloalkoxy and R3 is C 1-C 4alkoxy, C 1-C 4h aloalkyl or C 1-C 4haloalkoxy, or an agriculturally acceptable salt thereof; and 2) a compound of the Formula (II) or its agriculturally acceptable salt s, in synergistically effective amounts.
