PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight weatherstrip structure strongly installable on a flange. SOLUTION: This weatherstrip structure is composed of a weatherstrip body 10 and a clip 20. The weatherstrip body 10 has a bottom wall part 12 and an oppositely positioned side wall part 13, and is formed in a cross-sectional substantially U shape installed on the flange 3, and is constituted by projecting one or more of claw parts 14 and 16 in the side wall part 13, and integrally molding a seal part 17 in an installation base part 11 of not embedding a core material. The clip 20 is installed in a plurality at a predetermined interval on the inner surface side of the installation base part 11. The claw parts 14 and 16 are strongly and elastically contacted with the flange 3 via the clip 20 in a state of installing the installation base part 11 on the flange 3, and the installation base part 11 is installed on the flange 3.
