<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further properly prevent the heating of a motor caused by a temperature rise in a magnetic field coil. <P>SOLUTION: A resistance value of the magnetic field coil 10 of the motor 4 is detected, and a temperature of the magnetic field coil 10 is estimated on the basis of the detection result. By this, the temperature of the magnetic field coil 10 can precisely be detected, and the heating of the motor 4 caused by the temperature rise in the magnetic field coil 10 can further properly be prevented compared with, for example, a method for limiting an output of the motor 4 on the basis of a temperature of a stator coil 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
