<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique dynamically changing priorities, in response to the contents of communication data, when the communication data between a client device and a host device are repeated. <P>SOLUTION: A communication gateway 102 is used as the repeating installation repeating the communication data between a central client device 101 and the host device 103. The communication gateway 102 monitors the communication by the host device 103 in response to requirements from the client device 101.
