<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive spring end-engaging device capable of easily absorbing the difference of the diameters of round shafts engaging with a spring end and capable of preventing of the generation of foreign sound due to the friction with the round shafts at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: The spring end-engaging device is constituted by combining a resin-made collar 6a which has a substantially inverted U-shape fitting around the shaft of the round shaft 3 and a metal made retainer 6b having a base body 60 fitting around the collar 6a and having a substantially similar shape, and is provided with spring engaging pieces 61, 62 facing each other from both the ends of the base body 60 fitting around the collar 6a beyond the shaft diameter of the round shaft 3 and sandwiched and held by axial line portions 71, 72 facing each other of the spring end 70 under the round shaft 3 and bent in reverse inward and outward directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
