<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system interconnection device and a system interconnection system, capable of improving the utilization efficiency of a power supply device while preventing isolated operation in response to the state of power failure generated in a power distribution system to which a system interconnection device is interconnected or other distribution systems, avoiding the bad influence due to the power failure and protecting the power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: This system interconnection device converts power from a power supply device to a predetermined AC power, and supplying power a load while interconnecting the power supply device to a power distribution system.
