PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a sealing material from moving to the outside from the seal seating face. SOLUTION: The concave sealing groove 25 is formed in the seal seating face 17 located in the periphery of the molded body 13, and the seal seating face 17 including the sealing groove 25 is coated in a predetermined thickness with the sealing material 29. While the expansion layer 35 having many voids is formed in the inside of the molded body 13 that includes at least part of the sealing groove corresponding part 31 that forms the bottom of the sealing groove 25, the solid layer 37 that has no void in the inside is formed in the molded body 13 located outside of the expansion layer 35. On the seal seating face 17 corresponding to the boundary part between the expansion layer 35 and the solid layer 37 the plate-like rib 27 is integrally formed so as to run along the sealing groove 25, which rib protrudes higher than the upper edge of the sealing groove 25 and in a protrusion height lower than the coating thickness of the sealing material 29 so that its tip may be covered by the sealing material 29.
