PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly accurate navigation according to route conditions when a noncontact inertial navigation device is used. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional coordinate DB 22 stores three-dimensional coordinate data in which attributes are previously provided for coordinate locations predicted as having acceleration for the movement of automobiles according to road shapes. When a location computer 21 finds acceleration equal to a threshold or greater previously set by a navigation sensor 6 in the processing of computing information on a current position; a distance traveled; and a traveling direction, the location computer 21 makes reference to the attributes, cancels acceleration changes, corrects a distance traveled, and executes three-dimensional map matching.
