PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring garbage loading equipment to an emergency stop while surely preventing a hand or an upper body of an operator from being pinched in the equipment. SOLUTION: When bringing the garbage collecting equipment 30 to an emergency stop during a sliding plate 10 being lowered, the sliding plate 10 is lifted during a predetermined time period before the sliding operation is stopped. When bringing the garbage collecting equipment 30 to an emergency stop during a compressing plate 15 performing a compression operation, the compressing plate 15 is reversed during a predetermined time period before the swinging operation is stopped.
