HANDRAIL STRUCTURE FOR WORKBENCH OF ELEVATOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide handrail structure for a workbench of an elevator device capable of simplifying formation and execution for a handrail. SOLUTION: The workbench used as scaffolding for a worker is attached to an upper part of a platform 16 arranged elevatably in an elevator shaft 6 and having a cage body mounting part 12. A handrail unit 18 is formed in a U-shape in its top view to be provided with handrail bridges 19 serving as the handrail 15 of the workbench 14 in three ways, and a gateway opening 20 in one residual way. The handrail unit 18 is attached direction-selectably along longitudinal and lateral directions with respect to the workbench 14 to direct the gateway opening 20 to a door way 11 opened in the elevator shaft 6.
