PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully transmit a load between right and left floor parts of a floor tunnel part via a pipe material and fix the pipe material to a floor panel without applying complicated processing to the pipe material. SOLUTION: Axial line direction end parts of a pipe brace 26 are jointed to a pair of upper and lower brackets 28, 30 while being sandwiched between them. A fixed part fixed to the floor panel 12 is provided in the lower bracket 30. A load input face 28D opposing to a side part of a floor tunnel part 14 is provided in the upper bracket 28. When a load toward the floor tunnel part 14 side is applied to a floor part 16 (or a floor part 18), the load is input to the load input face 28D from the side part of the floor tunnel part 14.
