PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash installing method easy in securing a dimension of a gap between two panels, and capable of strongly fastening a machine screw for fixing a frame body to a building skeleton. SOLUTION: An engaging part 20c is formed in its longitudinal direction in a frame material 10 of the frame body 1. A locking projection part 29a and a machine screw inserting hole 16 are formed in the vicinity of the engaging part 20c. A block 40 for taking out the gap between two panels is formed with a locking part 41 slidingly engageable with the engaging part 20c, an elastic locking piece 43 elastically engageable with the locking projection part 29a, and a machine screw inserting hole 44. The locking part 41 of the block 40 for taking out the gap between two panels is slidingly engaged with the engaging part 20c of the frame material 10. The block 40 for taking out the gap between two panels is positioned in the longitudinal direction by locking the elastic locking piece 43 with the locking projection part 29a of the frame material 10 by elastic engagement. The machine screw inserting hole 16 arranged in the block 40 for taking out the gap between two panels is communicated with the frame material 10.
