The device i.e. medical clip (1), has a socket plate (2) connected with an adhesive layer arranged on a lower side of the socket plate. A clip part (3) is connected with a top side of the socket plate in a force fit manner. The clip part has a closing and opening mechanism to hold a transcorporal article in a longitudinal direction. The article is inserted into a recess (7) by clamping effect at a preset position. A detention insert is inserted into a longitudinal groove, on the inner side of the clip part.
