A roof membrane assembly system is provided to prevent the inflow of water to a roof membrane by increasing sealing force between a roof membrane and a plate, and to fix a roof membrane strongly by increasing fastening force of a fastener member which fixes a roof membrane and a plate. A roof membrane assembly system comprises a lower plate formed on a support pipe installed to a roof structure and extended to be inclined upward, and made of steel having high strength, an upper plate(120) provided to the upper part of the lower plate and fixed by a fastener member and made of aluminum, a roof membrane inserted between the lower plate and the upper plate to function as a roof, closure members(122) composed of a first closure member formed between the upper plate and the roof membrane and a second closure member formed between the lower plate and the roof membrane, a pressure member(140) provided to the upper plate to pressurize the first closure member on the contact surface with the first closure member to heighten the sealing force with the roof membrane and to prevent the inflow of water to the roof membrane, and a fastener member composed of a bolt and a nut and fastened to the lower plate and the upper plate simultaneously to fix the roof membrane.
