<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who views to quickly acquire a recording image by requesting recording at a desired timing in live distribution not for recording. <P>SOLUTION: A video distribution server 102 receives information on a recording start point or a recording end point from a portable terminal 104. Then, a packet in a range from the recording start point to the end point is read from a buffer 11, and transmitted to the portable terminal 104 with an HTTP streaming, and an MP4 file is generated, and attached to mail for transmission, and the download of the generated MP4 file is promoted and presented.
