<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured clip of a writing utensil, to which an ornamental body can be easily provided and no damage develops in which at the provision of the ornamental body. <P>SOLUTION: In the clip equipped with the elastic ornamental body of the writing utensil in order to solve the problem, the clip consists of a top surface part extending from the installing part to be installed onto a barrel or a cap towards its tip, a folded back part folding back from the top surface part to the barrel side or to the cap side and a bottom base part extending from the folded back part towards the installing part under the condition that a clearance is formed between the top surface part and the bottom base part so as to arrange the ornamental body having a board part larger than a through hole provided in the top surface part and a projecting part protruded out of the through hole therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
