PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of easily acquiring a preferable image in which a main subject gives a sense of high resolution. SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises an imaging unit, a subject extracting unit, and an image processing unit. The imaging unit picks up a subject image and generates data of the image. The subject extracting unit extracts the main subject from the image.
