PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel generator which can efficiently obtain an output even in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: A torque auxiliary unit 30 which is moved by a cam 28 installed at a flywheel 11, and arranged with permanent magnets 31 so that the magnets have the same polarities as those of rotating permanent magnets 18 is arranged in an opposing position outside the rotational locus of the rotating permanent magnets 18 arranged at the flywheel 11.
