PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle navigation device capable of guiding a branch point more accurately. SOLUTION: In this device equipped with a video information storage part 17 for storing video information wherein a branch point deviated from a guide route is photographed, it is determined whether video information wherein a guide branch point included in a searched-for guide route is photographed is stored in the video information storage part 17 or not (S201), and when determined that the video information of the guide branch point included in the guide route is stored in a storage medium, the video information wherein the guide branch point included in the guide route is photographed is acquired from the video information storage part 17, and the acquired video information wherein the guide branch point included in the guide route is photographed is reproduced (S207).
