PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water jetting device capable of positively detecting leakage of a heating medium to a clean water side due to perforation of a bulkhead of a heat exchanger interior, in regard to a warm water jetting device carrying out warm water production of a jetting object by using a heat exchanger of a structure thermally contacting the heating medium with a clean water side of a heat exchange object with the bulkhead in between. SOLUTION: The heating medium is circulated and supplied from a heat source unit 2 in a heat source side of the bulkhead of the heat exchanger 3, and clean water of water service is supplied to a side to be heated. After jetting operation of jetting warm water heated by the heat exchanger 3 from a spray nozzle 4, a main opening and closing valve 51 is closed and a drain valve 81 is opened to drain remaining water in a path in a downstream side of the main opening and closing valve, and a warm water opening and closing valve 62 and the drain valve is both closed to provide a closed space in the clean water side of the heat exchanger. After stopping the jetting operation, every 12H elapsed, or 24H elapsed thereafter, existence or nonexistence of water leakage to the clean water side of the heating medium is determined by opening the drain valve, and observing whether or not an electrode 9 will become an energized state.
