摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch engaged state determination apparatus capable of continuously checking an engaged state of a clutch between a drive system and an engine without using a clutch switch and a stroke sensor, and a gear determination apparatus using the clutch engaged state determination apparatus and a shift indication apparatus. SOLUTION: When the clutch is engaged, the ratios of an actual engine speed and a vehicle speed in each gear are within each of ranges (yes at S102) and are stable (yes at S110). Further, when the clutch is engaged, the state in which the time change of the vehicle speed corresponds to the time change of the engine speed is stable. Still further, when the clutch is engaged, the state in which an estimated engine output torque calculated based on the time change of the engine speed is diverged from an actual output torque is stable. Therefore, the clutch is determined to be engaged when the above are satisfied, and the gear is detected. When the gear is different from an optimal gear, a speed change is commanded.
