PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional semiconductor integrated circuit device, it is necessary for a manufacturer of electronic equipment who is not a manufacturer of the semiconductor integrated circuit device, to correct characteristic variation of the semiconductor integrated circuit device and much burden may be applied to the manufacturer of electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a microcomputer 23, a signal processing circuit unit 7 for adjusting and outputting an input signal in accordance with a control signal from the microcomputer, and a memory 24 which stores a correction value for correcting variation of signal characteristics caused by variation, in manufacturing, of devices constituting the signal processing circuit unit 7, wherein the microcomputer 23 corrects the variation of signal characteristics of the signal processing circuit unit 7 in response to a signal from the memory 24.
