PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless call system which is used for a call between rooms in a house and is provided with an acknowledge function. SOLUTION: A call mode (e.g. call A) is selected by a selection section 1a of a master unit 1 and next, a master unit transmission button 1b is operated. When the master unit transmission button 1b is operated, a master unit transmission section 1c transmits a first transmission signal Ws to a slave unit receiving section 2a of a slave unit 2 and the call A on a master unit display section 1e is lighted on. The slave unit receiving section 2a receives the first transmission signal Ws, and it is reported by sound, an indicator or vibration in a slave unit notification section 2c. When a slave unit response button 2d is operated in response to the notification, a slave unit transmitting section 2e transmits a second transmission signal Wt to a master unit receiving section 1g. Upon receipt of the signal Wt, the master unit receiving section 1g stops transmission due to the master unit transmission section 1c and lights off the indicator on the master unit display section 1e, and predetermined sound is generated from a master unit sound generation section 1i for reception.
