PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless access control method for a down link taking the remaining time of a permissible delay time into consideration, an access point, a terminal, and a program for a wireless system wherein the access point and terminal are connected based upon a DCF system of IEEE802.11. SOLUTION: When an access point transmits a data frame requiring a permissible delay time Ta to a destination terminal firstly, the access point transmits RST-C (Request To Send-Check) to the destination terminal, which sends first CTS (Clear To Send) back to the access point. Then the access point waits for a wait time Tw corresponding to the permissible delay time Ta of the data frame. The access point transmits second RST-S (RTS-Send) to the destination terminal the wait time Tw later and the destination terminal sends second CTS back to the access point.
