PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative window which enables the variations of a design to be inexpensively increased by enabling an easy change in the presence or absence and type of a panel body for being housed inside. SOLUTION: The panel body 3 can be arranged in an approximately square frame body 2 for being attached to an opening 56 formed in a block fence 55. In the frame body 2, two frame materials, which are formed in an approximate U-shape in a side view by using a square front portion 11 with an opening 2a and side-surface constituting portions 13 constituted by having two opposed sides of the front portion 11 extended out to the rear side, face each other in such a manner as to make an angle of 90°with respect to each other; openings 12 of both the frame materials 10 are continuously formed; the side-surface constituting portions 13 are constituted by being combined and screwed in such a manner as to constitute lateral surfaces on four sides; and the panel body 3 can be arranged between the opposed frame materials 10.
