PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative manual snow-removing implement with a high commercial value. SOLUTION: This manual snow-removing implement comprises a snow scooping portion 1, and an operation portion 2 which is protrusively provided in a raised state at the base end of the snow scooping portion 1, so as to make the snow scooping portion 1 slide on snow. The manual snow-removing implement is provided with an angle-variable mechanism K which can make a rising angle of the operation portion 2 variable with respect to the snow scooping portion 1.
