PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition capable of giving a crosslinkable resin desirable as e.g., an electrical material used in an electrical circuit board, to provide a crosslinkable resin obtained therefrom, and to provide a molded article or the like excellent in electrical insulation properties, adhesion, mechanical strengths, heat resistance, dielectric properties, etc. SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition comprises a cycloolefin monomer, a ruthenium carbene complex, and a phosphine compound represented by formula (A): PR1R2R3(wherein R1to R3are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or an aryl group, provided that the cycloalkyl group and the aryl group may be ones substituted with an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or an aryl group; at least one of R1to R3is a group containing an alkenyl group or a hydrogen atom; when one or two of them are hydrogen atoms, the rest are alkenyl groups, cycloalkyl groups, or aryl groups).
