PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive resin composition for providing a sheetlike and a film-like material having a reduced surface glossiness and an excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, durability to folding, etc. SOLUTION: The conductive resin composition comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic aromatic polycarbonate having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 2-50 g/10 minutes, (B) 1-10 parts by mass of a thermoplastic polyalkylene phthalate, (C) 1-10 parts by mass of a styrene-based elastomer having a styrene ratio of 10-20 and (D) 5-20 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the total of the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) of conductive carbon black having an n-dibutyl phthalate (DBP) oil absorption of 100-400 ml/100 g.
