PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray curing type coating apparatus for steel tubes with excellent productivity and coated film quality. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray curing type coating apparatus is provided with multiple electrostatic coating guns 1 loaded with circularly opened airless nozzles spraying ultraviolet ray curing type paint, electrodeless ultraviolet ray lamps curing the ultraviolet ray curing type paint electrostatically coated with the electrostatic coating guns. The ultraviolet ray curing type paint is electrostatically coated on the outer face of the running steel tube W, which is cured with UV light 9 generated by the electrodeless ultraviolet ray lamps to form a cured protective film.
