A various form TFT-LCD panel manufacturing method and a various form TFT-LCD panel obtained by the same are provided to supply an LCD display panel having irregular and variable shapes such as a circular shape, a semicircular shape or an oval shape, and implement sharp and clear image quality at a visible area. A black matrix pattern is formed on a CF(Color Filter) substrate(20) so as to form a visible area(23) formed in one of a circular shape, a semicircular shape and an oval shape. A glass obtained by a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) process and a CF process is spaced along the visible area set by the black matrix(22) so as to form an IC bonding area. Below the black matrix, a gate IC is formed through amorphous silicon. |
