<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cable holder that facilitates fixing operation of cable and also to provide electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A holding section 3 includes a housing of a cable storing box 1 as a base member and a fixing member 6. The cable storing box has a groove formed for fixing an optical fiber 7 while the fixing member 6 is arranged inside the groove, clamping and fixing the optical fiber 7 between the member and a fixing side wall 5. A guiding side wall 4 is formed in the manner that a distance from the fixing side wall 5 is made gradually greater from the entrance toward the exit of the groove, wherein the fixing side wall 5 is formed of a rugged part 19. On the bottom wall of the groove, there is formed a guide hole 16 for guiding the fixing member 6. In the fixing member 6, a projected part is formed on the side oppositely facing the guiding side wall 4. In the guiding side wall 4, there is formed a recessed and projected part 18 that engages with the projected part of the fixing member 6 to regulate the movement of the fixing member 6 to the exit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
