<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and an expiration date notification method for electronic coupon, capable of suitably performing notification of an expiration date of an electronic coupon. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 5 calculates, based on expiration date information of each coupon stored in a storage part 2, a residual validated period from the current date of each electronic coupon to the expiration date thereof, determines, when the residual validated period of an electronic coupon is a predetermined value or less, the electronic coupon concerned as a close-to-expiration electronic coupon, determines, when the residual validated period is 0 or less, the electronic coupon concerned as an overdue electronic coupon, and displays a notification screen to a display part 3 on condition that a notification time of the validated period arrives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
