<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with improved thermal resistance, reliability and weather resistance, a light concentrating photovoltaic power generation module equipped with such a solar cell, a light concentrating photovoltaic power generation unit, and a manufacturing method for such a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 10 is provided with a solar cell element 11 which performs photoelectric conversion of solar light Ls (solar light Lsb) concentrated by a condenser lens 42, a receiver substrate 20 whereon the solar cell element 11 is mounted, a resin encapsulation part 33 for encapsulating the solar cell element 11 with resin, and a light-transmitting covering plate 32 for covering a surface at the side of the condenser lens 42 on the resin encapsulation part 33. On a plane in opposition to the resin encapsulation part 33 on the light-transmitting covering plate 32, a reflective part 35 is provided which prevents the solar light Ls from being irradiated onto the receiver substrate 20. On the reflective part 35, a light-transparent window 35w in the shape similar to the solar cell element 11 (effective light-receiving plane region) is formed at an area corresponding to an optical path range LRR of the concentrated solar light Lsb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
