PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal locking structure of a seat cover, which can stably shape a seat back and suppress wrinkles of a seat cover even if a seat back pad has an insufficient thickness or the corner parts of the back surface of the seat back pad are removed. SOLUTION: The terminal locking structure of a seat cover 13 is used for covering a seat back pad 10 in a seat back. The terminal locking structure includes a back bracket 12 assembled to a seat frame 11 wrapped by the seat back pad 10, the back bracket 12 forms the boundary corner parts from the side surface to the back surface of the seat back, and the seat cover 13 is fixedly hooked onto the back bracket 12 by hook members 13a attached to the terminal of the seat cover 13 so as to cover the boundary corner parts of the seat back.
