PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device capable of adjusting properly a processing load for specifying the position of another vehicle. SOLUTION: Position information of another vehicle is acquired (step S50), and an object road for map matching is selected from roads displayed by map data (step S40).
