PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the provision of an exclusive shielding layer in a signal line-orthogonally crossing area in a liquid crystal driving element causes low efficiency in a semiconductor process to lead to an increased cost and the problem that there is increasing possibility that a coupling capacity in crossed wiring parts has a bad influence on the quality of an image due to multi-pixel constitution and higher image quality. SOLUTION: In a crossing area in which metal 1 wiring 101 and metal 2 wiring 102 located above the metal 1 wiring 101 orthogonally cross each other, the metal 1 wiring 101 are connected to polysilicon wiring 103 located below the metal 1 wiring 101. By this, in the crossing area, the metal 1 wiring 101 and the polysilicon wiring 103 which are used as the signal lines cross each other. In addition, the metal 1 wiring 101 which forms a remaining wiring layer and is not used as the signal lines, exists between the metal 1 wiring and the polysilicon wiring.
