摘要 <p>Disclosed is a biological molecule detection method for detecting a biological molecule of interest by measuring an electrochemical response. The biological molecule detection method comprises the following steps: a reference solution measurement step for measuring the electrochemical response in a reference solution containing an electrochemically active substance capable of directly or indirectly binding to the biological molecule; a test solution measurement step for measuring an electrochemical response in a test solution containing both of a test sample containing the biological molecule and the electrochemically active substance; a comparison step for comparing the result of the measurement of the electrochemical response in the reference solution with the result of the measurement of the electrochemical response in the test solution to thereby lead to a comparison result; and a biological molecule-including information detection step for detecting the information including information relating to the biological molecule in the test solution based on the comparison result.</p>
