The panel element (1) has a spacing holding frame (4) adhesive-connecting a concave rigid panel (2) and a level rigid panel (3) with each other in a water proof manner under inclusion of an intermediate space of the panels. The frame has a cross section variable over a longitudinal extension and facing a camber of the panel (2) in an area of a connection between the panel (3) and the frame. The frame has a flexible material plastically deformable during mutual pressing of the panels.
